Hi! Do the Vermont Libertarians have any other candidates on the ballot for 2012?

I am disgusted with VT Secretary of State Elections Division for not listing minor and independent candidates in as timely a manner as major party candidates.

As an independent using the “descriptive words” rule,
her is my complaint to the F.B.I. June 22, 2012,
after having filed my petition May 29, 2012.

When a candidate for Governor, who is allowed to collect out-of-state campaign funds, and a candidate for United States Senate, who is allowed to collect out-of-state campaign funds, and be promoted by political action committees,
    is not listed
on the Vermont Secretary of State Elections Division website,
then is that an act of fraudulent concealment by Jim Condos,
Secretary of State, and is it actionable under federal laws
which require records and receipts to be reported and not
concealed, and which requires officers to make returns
and reports – do these federal laws,
    18 USC Section 101, 18 USC Section 2071 and 18 USC Section 2075
apply to “any public record” and does “any public record” include
records kept by a Secretary of State?

Why aren’t all candidates with the same required number of verified voter petition
signatures and the same ballot qualification petition deadline,
given EQUAL TREATMENT UNDER THE LAW?

Cris Ericson, running against incumbent U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders,
was required to get just as many Vermont voters to sign her petition
as he was required to get. She was required to file her ballot qualification
petition by the same deadline he was required to file his.

Cris Ericson, also running against incumbent Governor of Vermont Peter Shumlin,
was required to get just as many Vermont registered voters to sign her petition
as he was required to do, and she was required to file her ballot qualification
petition by the same deadline that he was required to file his.

Now, why isn’t she being given EQUAL TREATMENT UNDER THE LAW
the same as Bernie Sanders and Peter Shumlin
by the Vermont Secretary of State Elections Division?

Subject: is any “public record” also a state record? 18 USC section 2075

To: F.B.I., Jim Condos,Kathy Scheele, Will Senning, Governor Peter Shumlin:

Question of whether federal law applies to state records?

HOW CAN THE U.S. MARIJUANA PARTY
    CANDIDATE, Cris Ericson,
PROVE that she has a legal
right to ask for and accept out-of-state campaign
donations, or to be promoted by SuperPACs,
while the Elections Division is still refusing
to list the independent and minor party
    candidates?

    Isn’t this fraudulent concealment,
    compounded day after day,
of material facts, affecting the potential interstate
    “commerce” of campaign fundraising which
    can create seasonal employment
and an influx of advertising dollars
    in Vermont?

Is “any public record” also a state record,
    under 18 USC Section 101 Records & Reports;
    18 USC Section 1701 Concealment;
18 USC 2075 Officers failing to make reports –
    considering that
Cris Ericson is a candidate for Governor and
    for United States Senator?

    The Vermont Statutes Online
    Title 1: General Provisions
Chapter 5: COMMON LAW; GENERAL RIGHTS
    1 V.S.A. § 315. Statement of policy
… free and open examination of records
consistent with Chapter I, Article 6
    of the Vermont Constitution.

    Is VT Secretary of State,
Jim Condos, violating the Spirit of the Law,
because Cris Ericson filed her candidate petitions
May 29, 2012 and received a telephone call from
the Elections Division July 1 stating her petitions
were verified, (but no letter in the mail)
    but his office is threatening
to withhold this information until the “week of
July 1” which could actually be over 30 days,
    and inconsistent with “open records”?

Thanks for the comment. Johnson will be the only Libertarian candidate on the ballot for 2012.
