Vermont Libertarian Party Nominates Dan Feliciano for Vermont Governor
(Burlington, VT) The Vermont Libertarian Party nominated Dan Feliciano as the Libertarian candidate for governor, offering the voters of Vermont a real choice in November.
“What we need is a complete break from the system that continues to recklessly increase spending and taxes, creating an unstable and unpredictable business climate, and infringing on people’s basic civil liberties. When it comes down to it, it’s a simple message—that people are smart enough to make their own decisions. Therefore, my policies default to less government spending, lower taxes, more freedom for ALL and no single payer healthcare.” said Dan Feliciano.
Vermont deserves real change and Dan Feliciano is the man to give it to them. Included in his vision for a Vermont that can compete in the 21st century are the following:
- Cut state spending and improve productivity
- Retain and grow businesses by creating a low cost and more stable, predictable state business climate
- Develop a cost conscious state culture
- Cut taxes!
- Equal rights and equal freedom for all Vermonters, all Vermonters – there”s no shame in being who you are
- No Single payer Healthcare system – the current proposal must be stopped and evaluated to more fully understand its cost implications
Dan also is firm believer in and will continue to protect the 2nd Amendment Rights. He would also legalize marijuana for personal consumption.
