Governor signs Eminent Domain Bill S.246
I attended Ethan Allen Institute’s annual Jefferson Day Dinner last night where Governor Douglas made a special appearance to sign the Eminent Domain Bill into law before dinner started. EAI’s president John McClaughry was the driving force behind S.246.
